While Pakistan's tribal region and adjoining settled areas are still in the grip of violence with Taliban militants targeting security forces, peace activists and public gatherings , and military operations displacing more people from their homes, Swat Valley in north Western Part of the country is gradually recovering from the pangs of the Taliban insurgency that shattered the basic health and educational infrastructure from 2007-2009.
